I think that this song might be about trust. the lines "If you could just close your eyes I'd help you pull the trigger
I have to see if you and I were made for something bigger" might be about having to trust someone enough to see if they'll do the right thing also the line "So take a breath and squeeze away lets find out what your made of" might be a test to find out how they would act in a tight situation. "machines that build my walls have slowly disintigrated, slowly disintigrated" might mean that you can let your defenses down when your with someone you trust which contridict the first part of this verse maybe instead of being alone there with someone who they trust so they can lower there defenses but then the lines "When morning comes the sun shines on my face
I can feel something is wrong
The machines that pumps my blood disintegrated"
the person they trusted betrayed them and the lines with the machine pumping blood might mean the heart which might have two possible meanings that they have either died or there heart has been betrayed and crushed and the last lines "I’m leaving tonight
I’m craving those black skies " might refer to death again or to leaving a place never returning for the fear what has happened there and the memories of old.
