iloveicecream is right caleb said its about his dad and his friend huffman, they used to get bored an get in fights ...(four kicks cos caleb said they would always kick not jst punch an stuff) its also like the guys (kings of leon) sort of taking the piss out of the press, like everyone always hypes them because theyre from the south, so theyre kinda just like 'heres a song about us getting into fights, doing whatever it is u want us to be doing, now fuck off' its for the press, i cant really explain but its because the press always emphasises certain aspects of thier background , so they can keep writing rediculous stories about the guys and whatever the press want to make u about the kings, theyre kinda being ironic, but the song is based around huffman an thier dad........ i think |
