i first hers this song as back ground music for a pro ana (anorexia ) video, it fit really well....and if you look at the very beggining where it says " why cant I be what you need /a new improved version of me/but i'm nothing so good /no i'm nothing /just bones" it truly fits teh mind set of an eating disorder, the combination of self hatred and a failing relation ship where you know you arn't good enough for the person really flows through the song, so tragic and lovely |

i love stage, my favorite song by them is probably their most dark, Live Happy, Live Anorexia, i love how the song just builds and builds ..thne breaks into angry chaos |

I love H.I.M. but I also agree with Caterpillar_girl
quiffporn is very funny. I think that he adds comic relief that we all need, every once and a while...Ok now for the song meaning ...to me, as most H.I.M. do, it reminds me of a girl with an eating disorder. Her lover is watching her die slowly ad he tries to tell her she is beautiful but she can’t see that, or face her self, or love her self so as she becomes more perfect she slowly dies and she is gone...gone with the sin of killing herself and the sin of killing part of him as well… Because that is the price for perfection |

I think this song is aimed at a girl that means a lot to him and is some how hurting herself slowly (eating disorder?), because she does not see her self as beautiful. He is trying to tell her that in his eyes she is perfect… but she can’t see that. |
