I really love this song! I think its about this boy who met this girl, and they had alot of fun in the beginning but then he realized how she hangs out w/people who arent even her friends- "You’re never gonna drag me out again With all the people that were never ever even your friends" and To me I think like she partied alot and like he realizes thats not the kind of girl he wants, and the "You’re embarrassing me, you’re embarrassing you So goodnight, goodnight" part makes me think like she was drunk calling him or something and saying how much she loves him and wants to be w/him but like shes drunk and hes just thinking like whatever, ur embarassing ur self, and ur embarassing me, so he tells her goodnight, and goodnight forever, like he doesnt want to be w/her nemore -"Walk away from the door, walk away from my life,So goodnight" So like hes over her and wants someone else. And also maybe he thinks she just wanted to have fun and not have a real relationship. I dunno i could be all wrong, but thats just how i see it. |
