this song reminds me of my ex-bf.. he was all on anti-depresents and i was always feelng sorry for him, i wanted to feel the for him so he wouldnt have to, and all i wanted him to kno was that i would always be there for him "It ain't the mark or the scar that makes you run" he would cut himself and sum people would be all fresked out about it but i wasnt cuz i ws the same way so i knew somewaht of what he was feeling. ok, first i need to start off saying that this is such a rad song, like really! its just soooo.. wahts a feeling for makeing you want to get up and dance? i dont know but this part: life is but a dream for the dead and well i can't go down by myself but i'll go down with my friends i love this lyric i think it means is that life right now is basically preparing you for what is to come in the after life (if there really is one), that hes not going alone he knows someone will always be there, that he refuses to go anwhere alone... idk! something like that!... |

| this song has a various amount of meanings to me. i feel it was written to let someone know something. like gerard wrote it to let someonee know that he will love them to the end, that nothing canseperate them from their love. but then it could also mean that you hate someone so much that you are glad to get them alone and do wjatever you want to do to them, idont know.. thats just waht i think... but all i know is that this is my favorite song of all time! | |
