this song isn't about denial, itz about escaping from a bad relationship so he feels better about himself, but the reason the song is sad is that he is now alone and that is never a good feeling. At the end he is looking forward saying that he has something that he still needs to unlock from within himself, but he doesn't want to yet because he is still coping with lonliness |

thom has said so many times about his fear of girls, this song represents how he feels that girls are so perfect and mysterious and he can never understand them, he feels as though he is nothing because he can't do anything but admire all females.

this song is so obviously about people who always put you down and how thom secretly wants to get revenge and show them up and how when he became famous people pretended that they liked him all along, it's about seeing through hollow people and realising that they never really liked you in the first place. |
