this song hurts to listen to. since i've realized what its about i cant do anything else while i listen to. this song kind of fills me up and makes me feel heavy. you have to love songs that make you feel somthing. conor's great at creating emotion. great isn't the word im looking for. more like...amazing. |

yes, lover is a good song. but i feel like people hear it and say, "oh my god!! i love bright eyes, i feel JUST like that!" but they dont listen to anything else before they say bright eyes is their favorite band. those are the people who go to the shows and ONLY sing along to lover. and those are the people who end up throwing out their bright eyes cds when they fight out that conor isn't a right wing conservative. |
