This song is my absolute faveorite song, without a doubt. I love the melody, and the whole feel of it. I even looked up the english translation. It is absolutely AWEsome. | I agree with you GrtOne41. Nobody can sing it like Josh Groban can. And when he sings it, he sounds so sincere, as if the words come straight from his heart. It's awesome. I really like the fact that this song can mean different things and touch people in many different ways. More then just one. It could be a religious song to someone. About how God makes us stronger, and better. He makes us who we are, and who we can be. Or it could be about someone who "lifts us up" especially when we are down. It's amazing!! :-D | |

| I think that what this song is saying is that something happened in time.. something that can't be explained with science or logic and now, the relationshop is just over. He is trying to find out what happened to make the connection end. "nobody said it was easy" for them to end their relationship, but something happened and their relationship just isnt the same. thats why he said "i'll take you back to the start" so that they can figure out what happened. | I think this song can relate to a lot of people in different ways, and i think that that is one of the best things about the song. To mea, it is exactly what kelly clarkson said she meant for it to mean: Divorce. this really relates to me b cause my mom married twice, both guys not ever ending up trustworthy, and now i have a hard time trusting anybody including myself. it makes me uncomfortable for a guy to even touch my hand, or say that i'm pretty because i dont know their intentions and i dont know if their lying.
