I agree with aicdirt27. This song was probably the highlight of Yield. It actually takes me back to the Fall of 1999. At that time I was going through "things" and I wished that I could into "hiding". I think the message is simply but brillantly articulated by Eddie...I want to have a vacation from myself. My favourite Pearl Jam song...mostly because of association with the events of 1999-2000. |
