ummm.... i kno that i said that this song was really commercial and overrated... but let me just say that simple plan doesn't generally write songs through their own eyes, but through the eyes of ther youthful fans. oh, and hendrixgod1- i would quit criticizing everything so seriously because that lead singer is gettin more pussy off those songs than you will ever see in 20 lifetimes and he IS a fuckin millionare and makin money off of complaining. that works for sp. (lucky bastards) and pierre doesn't write most of the lyrics it is the drummer-- chuck i think. oh- and about the twin towers thing- fuk u. leave the twin towers out of this and let everyone RIP. i kno you were just joking- but dont ever try to justify a wrong like that. oh... and by the way----simple plan is an all canadian band you dumbass motherfucker. |

okay- we all know what it means to kelly clarkson, but it's really special to me cuz i can really easily relate. my folks split when i was 12, so for the past few years it's been really hard to trust other people... especially since i had to sort of "grow up" really fast because my mom and dad kept pushing me to be on "their side". it can be really frustrating and scary watching your mom cry herself to sleep everynight. now i find that i play it safe, just to make sure that nothing goes wrong. because of that i have missed out on a couple of VERY amazing guys that wanted to be more intimate than sexual...and now i know that it's probably more "safe" to take a risk. |

CHUCK is an amazing album, and the band seems like they're redefining their usual stuff- I love this song. The emotion is real, and it's not a song where he is complaining about his life- he is just letting people know how he feels. That's different than what you normally hear on the radio. This song really is great. |

Not that that doesn't sell now-a-days, but that's all it is: a song made to make money off of all those teenage posers that think they have it bad.
