To me, this song is about an affair with an attached woman. They have reached a point where she has to choose and maybe she is confused or having second thoughts. It's about the limbo that they are in and feeling like there are no good options. Maybe it was supposed to be a more casual thing, because he certainly sounds in over his head. No? |
