Oh, and OldSchool...you're free to have you're opinion, and if you want to post this opinion on other Jimmy Eat World or other band's song's boards, you have that right, but out of respect for the many people who have to associate this particular song with death of loved ones I don't think its so great to get into a musical debate HERE. BTW: I was raised on Journey, Rush, Metallica, etc...I love them. I also love Jimmy Eat World, Hanson, Jamiroquai, Aerosmith, and countless other types of bands. However, being born to a mother who worships at the altar of classic rock, I totally understand where you're coming from. |

Why have I NEVER heard it called Praise Chorus? Seriously, every DJ has introduced this as Crimson and Clover...I was about to submit the lyrics becasue I thought they weren't on here (obviously I was looking under C and not A)...I'm very confused, but i'm glad you guys shed some light on the song references |

I'm an IDIOT...I JUST NOW realized the Mr. A-Z (Mraz) thing....duh Wendy....kay, other than feeling REALLY stupid let me just say that creative lyricists are the hottest thing ever. I swoon over someone who can write lyrics like this, they're just so amazing...melody is cool and all, but lyrics totally light my fire. I just wish more people would realize the talent in this instead of drooling over Mariah Carey's comeback or whathaveyou |
