I don't really know how he was a bully. Even reviews of the album this song was on (The System has Failed), states this album and all the songs on it are heavily political. Personally, I think this song is more political. The "scorpion" is the metaphor of a backstabber. The person manipulates others to get only what he wants, and after he's done with whoever, he just backstabs them and leaves them for dead. |

Personally, I think this is talking about how he had to pass on a relationship in order to do something he really wanted to do. And decided that he'd do that and save his tears everytime he missed her. Which could mean thinking of the memories that he has kept in his mind. The problem is that after he comes back to her, she's died of something and regrets ever leaving her side and missing her. |
