Actually he died because his seatbelt failed. He would have been much deader with no seatbelt. He could have chosen to wear a more sophisticated restraint, but since it was optional he chose not to. If he'd had that on he wouldn't have died. On topic, iit seems like the bled are using dale eaernhdardts crash as a metaphor for the relationship, saying that what he was doing (race car driver) was self-destructive just like their relationship. |

i think this song is about a relationship and they're just using the record industry as a metaphor like this girl promised him so much and they had all these dreams...but thats just what i think its probably wrong |
