| this song is sooo beautiful and sad. every time i hear it i start crying and everyone that knows me knows im so not the crying kinda person. the first time i heard was when i was watching buffy and it was so sad because her mum had just died and she'd already suffered so much in her life. the clip was pretty harsh cos at the end it showed them all happy and smiling and then it shows her mothers deadened face. | |

oh wow this song is so beautiful! it has officially become my funeral song (hey u cant be too prepared!). my old funeral song was iris by goo goo dolls and i NEVER thought there would be another song good enough to replace it! As for the meaning i think its about breaking the proverbial walls around your heart and letting someone into your soul, by forgetting how painful it would be if they ever hurt you but not really caring at the same time cos you know you'd be grateful of the time you had. ....well i know what i mean even if it doesnt make sense to any one else lol |
