It's funny how a band that has influenced so many famous bands can be so not widely known. As simple as this particular song is, it really sounds great to me.
If it weren't for these guys, there'd be no industrial metal, and there's no telling how different pure industrial and pure metal would be either. |

I always liked this one. Lyrically, it's one of the most interesting Misfits songs. It seems to me a cross between the more typical horror inspired theme of the band and a brutal social critque. |

Just another glimpse into the marvelously demented imagination of the former Misfits frontman. You could say he dropped too much acid one day, and imagined he was a murderous werewolf, but that wouldn't quite cut it.
Like a lot of his stuff, it's all about dark images and themes not designed to make clear, cohesive rational sense. |

I think germantownrd rather bluntly hit the nail on the head. The fever thing is a clear drug withdrawl reference which is a clue to the other ones. |
