This is song is a classic, and I love it and it is my best song of all time; I could never get tired of playing it and it is pure truth. Also Bob Marley recorded this song in Jamaica and and there is a video where you see him on stage and recording it on stage. It is phenomenal how he is feeling it. Ugggh I bloody love this song. |

Note: in the second stanza which is identical to the first, except for a voice which comes from another person telling him IT WAS ONLY A KISS, he repeats it as if a friend has told him, it was only a kiss, no big thing, he agrees for a brief moment and then dismisses it. Closes with I NEVER LEARN, claiming it did not happen, I put myself through this self torture to satisfy my self loathing and good writers tell the painful truth about themselves. This is the filthiest song, the sexiest song, the slickest out. Anybody who heres this song except for those few hate it immediately fill in the chorus and the blocked out bleeps from my area. I am from the city this song is hot. For Ying Yang Twins, they have refined themselves. What I mean by refine is when you look at the video they look sharp instead of a country grammer. I know they must have spent more money in making video than any other video. All their old songs were annoying. But so many radio stations had said "the reason why they play it : 1.) the beat, 2.) they are first in history to pull off a song that whispers, 3.) to get away with that rude language referring women. They go real low into the male psyche and infatuation stage, basically what men egotrip about and to tell you truth I have seen girls get hyped up about this song and say "wait til you see my ----" unconscious to the fact that it referring to us. I say this genius in bad sense. |

Ok Eminem has his style and Ludacris has his. I understand how in this song the rhythm sounds similar to Eminem, but from listening to hip hop long enough I can tell that is Ludacris. JUST BY HIS LYRICS ALONE. The way he is crazy and this song is about southern style, Atlanta, Georgia --> where Ciara and Ludacris are from. Um wATCH BET 106 & PARK first -- it will help. About the song: This is basically an ATL anthem and throughout the song Ciara establishes her identity by stating that she is not easy. But in the video she uses sex appeal to tease viewers. In the meantime she saying "I have the whole package but you can't have this." About her singing: She is not the best vocalist but she holds her note well. What she truly is a good dancer and she hooks up her outfits real well , that is why she is number one on the countdown so far. |

I think this is song about a rumour that he heard (rumours could be true or not true) about his girlfriend cheating on him with his old girlfriend that he used to go out with February. Which would make his girlfriend a lesbian or straight but the boyfriend would be a transvestite. Weird!! Anyhoo in the song he says "Bring it back down, bring it back down tonight Never thought I'd let a rumour ruin my moonlight" Then when he says "Cause heaven ain't close in a place like this" means that he can not experience bliss which such an issue, so he has to move on. |

Well when he says "coming out of my cage" means to me that he is used to be something before (three options: gay, player or just attitude). For example, lets say he is a player or a recreational dater and he meets this girl, falls in love with her kiss and she plays him. He is getting jealous but it seems out of his hands because what goes around comes back around. He mentions something else after he came out of his cage, that he "gotta be down because he wants it all" Here is someone is ambitious and probably experienced :_) if you know what I mean. The phrase "gotta be down" makes me think of peer pressure--->that is the idea of him being homosexual in the past came from. Rather it could simply means he was moving upward from a low level in his life or unsuccessful and then everything was going good. After this incident happened to him, he never, ever wants to fall in love again. I don't know somebody give me feedback. I might be going a little too deep. I just know here is a guy who made a change for the better, never knew with all the kisses he had in his life would turn him in a such jealous rage and destroy him. Wait two more things... I see where finalxhour came up with the prostitute idea, especially when he says "this is just the price I pay" which can also indicate something else . I also have yet to define MR. Brightside or whether it is an ironic title for a song/ |
