I think it's completely weird the meanings people give to lyrics.. orgasms, stalkers, sex..just a bunch of pretty crazy stuff.. I first listened Imogen Heap, on a trip I had to London last year. Her music it's absolutely amazing, all the new sounds she introduces,. the voices, the lyrics. The perfect music for a rainy day it's Imogen's. ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY Regarding the songg,.. Have you people never been in love or whatt? In order to understand most of Imogen Heap's songs, you have to be able to see love in a different perspective, in a more pure kind of way... I really think this song is about a girl having a boyfriend she loved really good, and something like a bit tragic happened and he died, and she wants him back so much..."i wasn´t prepared"...she wasn´t prepared to lose him, or prepared to the reality that he wasn´t with her anymore.. I really love the musicalization of the song,and the changes in the voice...they make the song a bit dramatic and it really transmits emotions.. |

i don´t know but this song could also be about, 2 best friends, or maybe about a boy and a girl in a relationship...and they had a fight, so she says very hurtfull things to him,then he has an accident, and he´s in comma or something..and that´s why she´s screaming inside that she´s sorry... Don't try to fix me I'm not broken I think that kind of means, when you are pretending to be happy, but you are not...or when people try to help you in some way , that you may think come on i´m not that sick...that´s what i think.. and the piano and her voice, are really really great, actually i´m forming a band, and that´s one of the songs i´m singing... |
