Every Time I Die – INRIhab Lyrics 18 years ago
"I marched across the muddied stream,
illuminated from beneath.
The lock was picked with the church's key we found on the belt of the veteran to open bar tabs in the taverns assembled in levels by the damned and fanatic for me."

I believe this part of the song is sang by Dallas Green from Alexisonfire and City and Colour

the song seems to be me about partying really hard all the time, and trying to ease off it, and finding it hard to return to normal life, which is something Keith talks about often in interviews

Biffy Clyro – Machines Lyrics 18 years ago
this is such a sad song... It almost brought me to tears when i first heard it..
The emotion in Simon's voice is so raw and fresh, you can tell how much he loved his mother, and how much her death has affected him...

A beautiful song..

Biffy Clyro – Living Is a Problem Because Everything Dies Lyrics 18 years ago
This song is about Simon Neil's mum, who died shortly before the band went into the studio to write the new album..
"I pray to God,
that you're right before my eyes,
bathed in White light,
with Halos in your eyes.", is in reference to her..

It's also about losing your faith in God ("I met God and he had nothing to say to me") after losing a loved one in such a manner.

The voices of the choir send a chill down my spine when i listen to it, and when you know what the words are about they suddenly seem alot less tacky... awesome song..
I now want this played at my funeral when i die lol =)

My Chemical Romance – Thank You For The Venom Lyrics 20 years ago
The first 2 lines of the chorus of this song is about Gerard's battle with alcoholicism.

"So give me all your poison (alcohol),
And give me all your pills"

when he was on tour with the band for the first album, he used to get drunk before shows to get himself hyper, then to bring himself down after the show, he would take pills.
