Isn't it a Beautiful Letdown?? I mean, when you realize that we don't belong here, we're like "Oh, so we're outsiders". But it's soooo much better to know that there is a place where we truly belong, that with God we are where we belong. I totally understand why they named the CD after this song. It is the basic theme of the music: There's more to life than what we have here. |

Wow. I always feel both joy and sadness when I hear this song. He's talking about finding that one girl to spend the rest of his life with. He proposes to the woman he thinks is The One, and gets heartbroken. It's one of those "Awwww" and sad- sigh songs. I hope my One is on the way, but like Jon, I'm gonna have to wait a while. |
