This song was wrote by Syd Barret after he was thrown out of Pink Floyd... I personally think it's about how bad he felt because of that, hence the "Wouldn't you miss me?" bit. Anyway this cover ain't that bad, but I think Barret is way too unique to be covered by anyone. At least this cover is better than REM's. |
