this song means to me that even though he's still going through the mess of a break-up, he's starting to get that feeling you get when you just about know you're going to make it through this. Kinda like the end of a movie. All the bad shit has happened and although everything's not all right, the person made it through all of it and is driving off in the end to a better life. I don't know. It's a beautiful song. |

Damn, I'm in this spot right now. My wife is deciding whether she wants to put this together and make a marriage or not. Somebody told me to listen to this and man did it hit hard. This says to me that he's telling her she's about to get out and do her thing but it'll be without him and it'll prolly suck because he won't be there. She's a lost cause. |

To me this song is about a relationship. He's saying that he helped them out and brought them out of a shell, maybe. Then they turned their back on him and left him "holding the bag". I don't know. I'm going thru something just like this and it seems as if "she's" turning her back on me now that she's not in the shell I found her under. I see the "druggie" part to this song and so it could be about that too. This Cd is so bad ass for inspiration while feeling like shit! |
