Yeah i know its supposed to be about kurt.. but i really dont see the connection. but Catroar has a point with the bleach album... and sliver the song. and i also see "you're the dream and im the dreamer" ... "in the dreams you're still around" talking about kurt. but who knows. |

I just listened to the song and its amazing.. the lyrics are awesome. very clever, "she'll come back as fire to burn all the liars and leave a blanket of ash on the ground." love it. i dont know the story of Frances Farmer.. but i'll look into it, for my own interest. |

Nice one NO CODE 79 ... you're right. we dont know.. no one knows how kurt was killed. but does it really matter? its obviously something that we're all not supposed to find out. There are so many different opinions on Kurt's death. One pointing the finger at Courtney and totally blamming her for Kurts death, and the other opinion being that Kurt really was depressed and suicidal... He had once said when he was young "i'm going to become a famous rock star, kill myself, and go up in a flame of glory". Im not saying he killed himself, but i'm not saying Courtney had anything to do with his death either. No proper investigation was done on the case anyway... finger prints werent taken until a long time after the death. I think police and detectives assumed right away that it was a suicide.. because that's how it appeared, and left it at that. Not enough proper investigation was done. But if you visit www.cobaincase.com and check out everything that Detective Tom Grant has to say, it all makes sense, all the clues add up to a murder, but who knows? Kurt will always be remembered, how he died doesnt matter. Look at this.. Years after his death, we're still talking about him, that shows a lot, that shows the mark he's left in many of our lives. |

This song is totally about Tracey Marander and how she used to leave him notes to clean up the house before she came home. kurtcobain_elvis, you're totally right. and kurt never used to eat vegetables he ate very poorly ...which could have been one of the causes of his horrible stomach pains, dave krist and tracey always used to tell him to eat vegetables. |

Ohh my, when courtney and kurt first started getting interested in each other they would talk on the phone constantly, because they rarely saw each other. Courtney sent Kurt a heart shaped box with a bunch of useless junk in it, i think one if the objects were a rabits foot... but anyway the song is about courtney and the box she sent him. |

This song is about a friend of Kurts, Dale Crover, who worked at a gun shop, "he likes to shoot his gun", and who used to be close to nirvana and listen to all of nirvana's songs...if you wanna know more about kurt, or nirvana, and meanings of some songs, you should read the book "Heavier Than Heaven" .. its an awesome biography on Kurt, but it talks a lot about what some of the songs kurt wrote really mean. |
