I cant believe some of you idiots think that green day is punk. I personally dont like punk but i think green day is awesome so that means they cant be punk. And at music websites i have been on they all categorize green day as alternative rock. Go listen to Simple plan or the Sex Pistols if you want punk. |

This song reminds me so much of Clint Eastwood in the movie "Every which way but loose" it is like explaining the whole plot of the story. I love the song it is soooo great |

I used to think that this song was about Robert Plant or any of the band members for that matter, and their groupies and how they needed to choose between their true loves or just a short fling. At the beginning when he says "should i fall out of love, my fire in the light to chase a feather in the wind" that part definately made me think it was about choosing between love or groupies. But now that i hear it is about his dead son i definately dont think its about groupies anymore. |
