Yo dudes, good point about war and everything, but this song also works on advertisement and jealousy. My car/tv/etc is much bigger than yours. It's the way this system works, the regulators tell us what's cool and we buy it, so we don't have money (power) left to use it for good coases. The big company's exploiding workers in poor country's and using all of what's left of the oil. |

I think it could be about some kind of Britney Spears, whose dream it was to become a popstar. Daron is telling her not to go, but she won't listen. The producers make her into a productand she loses her identity. So now she is caught in a web of fame, and she isn't allowed to complain, because she has everything she ever wanted. It isn't so great to be famous after all. |

I think it's about some popular punk band or so, with meaningless lyrics, that's rocking on the radio/video. And Danny and Lisa (rdio hosts) are making sure that more progressive songs won't become too popular, by not playing them. |
