i think this song is more about the band being recognized. the first chorus pertains to all the hard times and critics saying they wouldn't amount to anything. and the second chorus is ackowledgement to their fans sticking with the band and helping the band silence their critics and finally making it. PP, you must've been listening to a different song than I. i don't know where you got that idea from. |

i really like this cover, they put a nice modern touch to it. granted The Who did it better. i thought when a band does a cover that they do their own interpretation of the original. i mean do you really want to hear they exact same thing? i guess covers are a no win situation because people bitch when the new one sounds like a complete copy of the original and then people bitch if a band puts their own spin to it. and who the fuck cares if LB cut out the solo. yes the "L.I.M.P" is weird but it's nothing to get your panties in a bunch about. jesus christ there are far worse things than LB ditching the solo. |
