I'd just like to say that i think its about someone who he used be with, obviosly loved/love and it was probably a long term relationship.. But I belive he is talking about how he is still great friends with her and he is just stating that he's glad that they will always be there for eachother.
and when this part starts, "i feel my world crumbling"
i think that is a flash back, hence the flash back sound that the keyboard is making, but im not sure what time the flash back is of. |

I think the lyrics are suppost to be " Oh I miss the girl, miss the girl, miss the girl, I want to give myself to water WELL" meaning he want to throw himself into a water well. hense suiside.
and i dont think preludes come off-white, i think it might be an Accord cause i cant really see any others in off-white |

Iv'e never read the book, but there is a book called lazybones about some chick that dies or something like that.... I think it might have something to do with that. I am a great taproot band, but i just noticed that if he is saying to be urself, which he is, then he is contradicting himself by saying "Trying to create that
contagious smile", which he is refering to himself. so therefor he is saying that he wants people to pick up his contagious smile, which isnt being thereselfs.... HES A HYPACRIT! lol i still love u taproot! |

ok when he says "this is when i forget breathe all the things i scripted, they sound unfounded." I feel like he did something to make her break up with him, and he knew that this possablitly was coming, so he made up a bunch of reasons why he did or clames didnt do what he did. |

i used to think that this song was about being lonely and wanting to see there love that was at a distance, but after hearing everyones coments about it not being about that, i reread the lyrics and now i think its about missing someone anymore.
"there'd be no distance that could hold us back" is the only thing that would make you think that he is longing for someone. But i think he means "hold us back" as in keeping us back from doing what we want and nothing to do with longing |
