Jane's Addiction – Three Days Lyrics 21 years ago
It seems like he wrote the song and intertwined sex/drugs and religious imagery. Seeing as he's clearly not christian I think he means to replace this traditional religion with drugged out experiences. In the "True hunting is over" section I think he wants to say that it is modern society that has pushed us to the point where we are replacing religion with sex, drugs, or whatever else feels good. One line that I don't understand is "I am a proud man anyway." Maybe it's a religious reference that I don't get with my lack of a background in that.

Jane's Addiction – Stop! Lyrics 21 years ago
A correct translation for those who want it ^_^ (accent marks missing)

"Senores y senoras, nosotros tenemos mas influencia con sus hijos que tu [should be "ustedes"] tienen. Pero los queremos. Creado y regalo de Los Angeles, Juana's addicion."

means

Ladies and gentlemen, we have more influence over your children than you do. But we love them. Created [in] and gift from Los Angeles, "Jane's" Addiction.

She might also mean to say "criado" which means "raised" but she says "creado."
