| it's justin because the liner notes says it's justin. and it's about being out of town for an engagement and not trusting his girl back home. granted it sounds like she is no longer his girl. perhaps it's because of the guy whose truck is outside her neighbor's house? that was sarcasm because the meaning of the song is not hidden. or deep. people mistake good writing to be "deep" simply because it sounds pretty. which is an accomplished artistic feate, however not philisophical. this music is storytelling. it's episodic. it's chaptered. but it's not rocketscience. let me guess, you are all in high school. | |
