i dont care what that quote says. most killswitch songs arent supposed to be taken literal. its so clear, through the meanings of all of their other songs, that this is their ultimate goal, what they think should happen in this world. they believe that today's society, most likely the united states. should and will fall, like babylon. babylon was just an example. just look at all of their other songs. i mean c'mon. |

this song is obviously aimed at george bush or other political officials that wanted to go into iraq. its again trying to show that you have to realize that people stil cant see past race and people have the image that all muslims/arabs are terrorists. |

This song definetely has alot of views in it. First it states that hatred is a way to control masses to make them agree with wars. ie we're told by the media etc that muslims are evil and all terrorists. I think the meaning of this song is to tell people to see past all of these differences and to make their own opinions on who is evil. cuz if u look at it we used to be allies with iraq and our country switches sides on who its against all of the time. |
