I honestly didn't care for 'morning view' too much, but i love this song. it gives such a good meaning. its saying 'hey don't let life pass you by, live it to the fullest and how you want it, don't take it for granted....do what you want, make mistakes, screw around, have fun, make it worth while' and for everyone whose ever done drugs, been aneroxic, bulimic, anyone whose ever been an achoholic, anyone whose ever done anything like that.....this song is for you. don't make it so you're too high to remember your life, or to dizzy, or drunk. lifes here then the next thing you know, its gone. thats what its about. |

His girlfriend is an alchoholic. He tried repeatedly to help her stay sober, but it obviously didn't work out. so he decided to try and block her out. once again it didn't work. have you ever cared about anyone that is on drugs? or alchohol? its hard. but you keep trying no matter what, because you care so much. and no, you can't help the person become sober, or clean, but you just care so much that it is so hard to admit you can't help. this song is just about how he was hurt, by her compulsive drinking and how he cares deeply about her but cannot be with her because of her drinking. |

okay. i took the song kind of oddly. i took it like today's society. ""it's a campaign of distraction and revisionist history it's a shame I don't think that they'll notice it's a shame I doubt they even care This is why we were taught so much better than this"" but there are a lot of parts in this song that lead it off to different meanings. i personally think its about today's society and how its changed for better and for worse. |
