| Pink Floyd – Any Colour You Like Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| The entire album is about the pressures of everyday life driving you crazy. Note its position on the album, too. "Us and Them" is about paranoia, immediately following this is "Any Colour You Like" and then "Brain Damage", finally the Eclipse. Any Colour IS the nervous breakdown that comes in between the onset of paranoia and the "brain damage." It's cool to listen to when you're on acid, but that's not what it's for. It represents something, just like every song the Floyd ever wrote. | |
| John Lennon – Imagine Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| The meaning isn't difficult to figure out at all, is it? Lennon was a Marxist; this song is about the more media-friendly, "let's-all-get-along", peaceful aspects of communism. | |

This song is a great experience on acid. I saw vibrant colors-the song, itself, just sort of "sounds" colorful (but I do have mild synesthesia)-but it's still a good trip song, as is the whole album. The song is about colors-that's all. It's supposed to make you think colors and trippy shit. |

| Phish – You Enjoy Myself Lyrics | 21 years ago |
|
Wash Uffizi, drive me to Firenze. Apparently while the band was in Firenze, they took off their shoes and stomped around in the fountain outside the Uffizi museum. The title also is reported to come from several Italians they hung out with there. As the band was leaving one said, in broken English, "you enjoy myself, yes?" meaning to ask if the band had a good time. |

| Phish – Chalk Dust Torture Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| Out of boredom I've written the lyrics out in class and left them lying in the desk for someone else to find. There are tons of copies of this circulating around my school now, and everybody likes to scrawl comments on the back. Sadly I don't know of any other Phishheads. :-p | |
| Phish – Wilson Lyrics | 21 years ago |

I thought the "Wilson" thing was a reference to a leather shop named Wilson's in King of Prussia, PA? I've been to Wilson's (I live in Carlisle and travel to King of Prussia frequently); they have neat business cards... :-p |

| Phish – Llama Lyrics | 21 years ago |

AFAIK the lyrics, "Leave it on press, depress, depress/llama, taboot taboot" aren't officially confirmed. "Depress depress" sounded like "pass the grass" to me at first. It also sounded like, "living on prayers from place to place." Since he's carrying blastoplast, it would also make sense if it was, "leave it on blast, blastoplast, llama, taboot taboot", although that doesn't sound likely. |

| Phish – Tela Lyrics | 21 years ago |
|
Tela != traitor. Remember that it was Errand Wolfe who had her killed and he turned out to be evil in the end. I don't know how they made the connection between Tela and the deaths of Palmer and Roger anyway. Course the one who actually DID the killing was Rutherford and we never did find out what happened to him. |
