I really think the chorus is: "AH with tha teeth UHHH" I'm hearing two 'th' sound in the middle there. And the second grunt seems different and deeper than the first. |

This probably is my favorite song on the album. The chorus, "A - with the teeth -UH", does sound a bit funny but I still like it. The quiet bit in the middle also detracts from the quality of the song. It seems out of place and stops the momentum of the song. I think this song is about a relationship or drug that when first tried is great. "She makes you better than, anything you've tried" Later though, the relationship or addiction changes you, "Wave goodbye\ To what you were." And despite the fact that things seem ok, "You've finally found the place where you belong", you don't want to go through all the pain of relationships, rehab or addictions again. But because of you continuing love for the person or you addiction to the drug, you can't stop the relationship or drug use. I think the message of the song is that even though relationships and drugs may seem enticing, innocent or pleasurable, they "have teeth" that will 'bite' you and inflict pain and suffering. This song is a sort of warning to make us think before we endulge in these types of things. We should be carefull because sometimes it's hard to let go of a relationship or addiction, "She will not let you go Keeps holding on." |

| Why do you people think that every song Trent writes is about Marilyn Manson? | |

"if you listen to this song in reverse and diagonally, this phrase is actually hidden in the song" I doubt that very much. I agree that this song is about a person who is lying and will have to face the results of his lies and reality in the end. |

""made the choice to go away drink the fountain of decay tear a hole exquisite red fuck the rest and stab it dead"" Is this a refernce to shooting up? In Hurt Trent wrote, "The needle tears a hole." Just a thought. |

The term crucified seems to be describing the person that is remaining. "You remain, crucified" This sticks out as a reference to Jesus in my mind. Crucifixion is a term that is almost always associated with Jesus. However, I don't think that Trent is acknowledging the existence of God. "you remain\ I am stained" I think he still feels the affect of being raised Christian, if that's true, but he doesn't feel God. |

"thought he had it all before they call his bluff found out that his skin just wasn't thick enough wanted to go back to how it was before thought he lost everything then he lost a whole lot more" This seems to be talking about his own voulnerability. He thought that he could not be phased or affected but what he "lost" hurt him. |
