the title of this song is the name of a chapter in The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe... not particularly significant, I guess that's probably just the book it refers to maybe :) |

bouncing baby boy = when he was young and innocent before the drugs
turning baby blue = he turned 'blue' when he died etc.
i don't think it's got anything to do with an actual baby. at all. |

damn triggerhappy mouse clicking finger.
what i would've said is that it's not necessarily a fame thing, it could be for other stuff where something has changed and she doesn't want the rest of the world to know they are together, or still together. That's why he's telling her what it'll be like if they have to do that.. |

losing a limb is often used as a metaphor for losing the one you love. The sortof, "you feel like part of you is missing" thing.
I saw it a bit like a relationship that they have to keep hidden, and have to act like just passers by in the street- possibly because he's gone onto fame (hence the "It's not my fault I don't care I don't regret a single thing") and she doesn't want the limelight that comes with having a famous boyfriend. |

i don't think this song has to be taken in a religious sense, it may have been written that way but I am humanist (completely non-religious, belief that god does not exist in the slightest sense, taking faith from humanity etc etc) and still get meaning from this song.
sign of good song writing, i think. very powerful song. |

don't think it's an acual suicide. as someone else said, it's about someone who has died inside and they could be rescusitated- but only by the person they loved. |

the point of this song is..
you can dance to it!

this song makes me think along drug or drink influenced lines... a lot of them are very mad random thoughts that you might associate with someone who's under the influence of something or other. |

i don't think man1 necessarily wants to be like man2- more that man2/other people think he (man1) thinks that way, that he is better than man1. man1 knows he's better than the scumbag that is man2 anyway. |
