this song is about child abuse. "Fist raised high in tightened knots" represents a child under a father while he is being beaten and he has the blood on his hands. the title should have, but didnt, make sense to me at first. if you have bruises on urself and whatnot, then you will use cover up to hide them. it will help to conceal ur identity so noone will know you are an abused child. Amazing song, short but sweet. Thursday is by far one of the best bands around, and they are the best lyricists who ever lived. Geoff is a freakin pimp...anyone disagree...then suuuuuuck it. |

this song is great. it is definately a different sound than paige avenue, yet still undenyably great. i agree that this song is about not caring what anyone thinks of them. when he says, "In front of doubting eyes We walk this path as one Take on the world tonight" - This part sort of tells me that they dont care about the doubt people have toward them, as long as they walk the path as "one" (the band united), then the world cant touch them. Good Job SOTY! you've done it again. |

| First of all this is probably soad WORST song ever. The guitar is pretty cool...but the lyrics are so sparatic and they really never need to let the guitarist sing again. They need to go back to what they did in the toxicity cd. That was good stuff. Second of all they got their opinion across with this song, everyone is entitled to their own opinion so i dont really care. The US is screwed regardless of who the president is. | |

| yea this song is basically about growing up and the memories you have and how you need to live every day to the fullest. it starts with 15 and emphasizes 15 because that is your last year of being irresponsible. at 16, most people start driving and getting jobs and stuff. the 100 years is a metaphor for one life to live. | |

| This song is simple. It is basically about growing up. To me it seems like he is looking back on his life and the memories of when he was growing. it is also about leaving the places you are familiar with. "Running away from the streets we knew..." is basically saying that he is leaving home and going on his new life. This is an amazing song! | |
