This song is definitley about the Greek Mythology story King Midus(not Mitus). All he wished for is gold and thats all he wanted, he soon got a wish that everything he touched turned to gold. One morning he woke up and went to eat breakfest his food turned to gold and tasted like metal in his mouth. Although his arogance clouded him he continued on to say good morning to his daughter. When he gave her a hug she too turned to gold ceasing her life. His heart was shattered and his life ruined. He soon staved to death because everything he put in his mouth turned to gold. |
