| Tommy Lee – good times Lyrics | 20 years ago |
First of all, here are the correct lyrics: Put down the magazine and get off the phone Theres a place I wanna show u and it wont take long Take a ride Take a ride Its lookin like we’re getting there Over here, comin clear Place that has no rhymes, or times, or crimes Just good times Just good times Take me away To a place where the good times good times roll Don’t let me stay In a place where this hate can steal my soul... Got myself worked up over nothing today All the trash is in my head I gotta throw it away Its alright Its alright Its lookin like we’re getting there Over here, comin clear Place that has no rhymes, or times, or crimes Just good times Just good times Take me away To a place where the good times good times roll Don’t let me stay In a place where this hate can steal my soul This is it, I’m finally here And all the blurry lines are clear And everything that I cant see Seems to make more sense to me Why the hell cant I just let it go, let it go, yeah Take me away (away) where the good times good times roll (roll) Don’t let me stay (stay) where this hate can steal my soul Let the good times roll Let the good times roll (take me away) Let the good times roll (take me away) Let the good times roll _______________ Good Times is such a fun song to sing to and very easy to play on the guitar. I've never heard Tommy Lee sing before and though his voice is very heavy, he sure knows how to reach those high notes very well. The song is about embracing good times that are yet to come on any occasion: Parties, weddings, celebrations, birthdays, graduations, having sex (haha), etc. Let the good times roll baby!!!! |

| The Bled – Anvil Pinata Lyrics | 20 years ago |
This is definately my favorite song by The Bled. I'm surprised no one has posted yet. Yay me. I'm the first! Anyhow, I'm unsure of the meaning to Anvil Pinata but the word "accidents" hints that this could be about how you can't do anything about sudden death and a slight chance of living again. When you as an angel is meant to be taken by God himself, then that is your time to die. |

| System of a Down – Chop Suey! Lyrics | 20 years ago |
God takes certain angelic-like people for a reason. Even though there are devil's who deserve to die. He cries, realizing Angel's deserve to die, too, but as a way to save Angel's from further harm by others. Meaning angel's can be taken by God when their time is up. Leaving the person questioning, "why have you forsaken me?" - Because it's not that person's time to die yet and that he must move on until HE deserves to die. |

| The Used – On My Own Lyrics | 20 years ago |
I remember when I first heard this song on a rainy afternoon and never thought a song like this would make me cry so much. On My Own really touches your heart. Just close your eyes and think of what you want to do with your life to make things better, yet, think of the wrong things you're doing to it. |

| The Used – Poetic Tragedy Lyrics | 21 years ago |
You can't understand what he's saying at the end because he's crying out to god or maybe no one. He's yelling violently and so fuckin' frustrated with no answers to his life. I don't think I could ever understand someone who yelled at the top of their lungs. That's why you can't put those last 5 words together. "And he takes his life." What a beautiful, yet emotional song. |
