at first i wondered the same with the whole eighth thing. but then i was thinking he does have lukemia right?! and whoever said he is much to smart to do coke or meth or anything is completely right. he doesn't seem like the person to do stuff like that, his music is just too...down to earth. anyway. i think its pot just because well if you have cancer theres a pretty damn good chance its pot. so yeah. |

i hate to make it sound sleezy. just to say "its about this guy and this girl fucking in the back of a car" ruins everything. yeah, if you put it bluntly, its exactly like that. i just think its more. the realationship seems to be somewhat established but not exactly. its like he wants to keep her a secret. it also seems like a very young love. possibly early in his life. because saying "we learned how our bodies worked" yeah, it means sex basically. but learning. you're still kind of experiementing with the whole thing. learning eachother. then again when he says "fumbling to make contact, as the other slept inside." almost seems as if the people are hesitating as they are starting to have sex in the back of the car and almost as if they aren't so into it and "sleeping inside" idk.
its just a late night interpretation.
i just think theres more to the song than what people say about the whole sleezy car sex part. |

okay, i have to start of by saying that before i really heard the song i saw the video which i think is fucking crazy. he strips. so everytime i hear the song i picture him stripping which is. horrible.
i know some guys get really obessive and it seems as if this song is screaming obsessive. he just seems to be so hung up on this girl he saw once. and i don't know about you but if i see a guy with a girl i tend to well you know not think too much of it. i mean come on if they are with someone else what are you gonna do? go break them up even though you don't know them. it just seems like hes way to fucking hung up on this girl.
plus i think he whines.

definatly about gerard and mikey's grandma he said so at the concert. its cool though. i mean for someone to sit down and write a song about their grandma. i mean it makes sense. read the lyrics...death does hurt everyone so the whole heartbreak part of the song is about how the death hurt everyone. its such a powerful song. i love mcr. |

uhh to all of you who think bert is gay because of the line. "haven't seen him smile in awhile." did you guys never think it could be a reference to himself?! bert may be bi. but hes not gay. i definatly think the song is about a combo of drugs and sex. it all kind of makes sense and maybe with the whole kill smile part. hes referencing to maybe being depressed and hes throwing himself into this world of drugs. idk. those are my thoughts. awesome song though. =) |
