i absolutely love this song. Favorite out of ANY blue october song. I think everybody can relate to it, too. Somtimes you just need to walk away from a one-sided crazy relationship. Its like an anthem of what you want to do or should do.. just dont know how to. |

i love this song. I think it's mostly about a young man who is still confused about love. He knows he isnt the perfect boyfriend, but he can't help but fall completely in love with his girl. So he wants her to at least pretend she is as in love. or something like that :) |

When i first heard these lyrics, i imagined somebody going through like a little fling or sexual adventures of some sort. The sunless day meaning that there were no unhappy moments in their experience. (No clouds) But they're adventures went to far, and thier "clumsy card house rape" resulted in a little pregant surprise. Instead of being freaked out and fleeing, blue is saying that if its okay, he'll stand by your side forever. He'll always be there for you if you need him. He is ready to fall in love and not just play around with the idea anymore. He starts talking about their kids playing on a sunless day. But when the rain comes, they are reminded of something about life (where i am at a loss of words.. yet i understand)... anyway... i really do love these lyrics... even if i look into them a little too much :) |

i think everybody has this song wrong. It's about suicide of a young person. It has a happy beat, but you really look at the lyrics and all i see is a depressing story about suicide.
