BlackLungFever, hahah you fucking legend! as if you are actually trying to use rene descartes to prove god! he was philosophically superseded a long time ago by the materialists. try reading FEURBACH and KARL MARX and you'll find that this idea of a "perfect being" is but an abstraction of the collective attributes of men. First it was abstracted to an idea of a "perfect man" and was passed down in ancient folklore about the legendary heroes who had the "biggest" axe and were the "best" hunters and then taken from here to become a mysterious being called God. See the ancient egyptian heiroglyph for God. It was a large powerful axe. Their "God" originally came from an abstract "great man". and so does yours :P |

Many people who like it dont seem to understand what they are banging on about. And when you do find out it turns out to be nothing really new. This band finds a need to use esoteric lyrics to relay very simplistic concepts. why cant you just say "smells like shit" instead of "it's musk was fecal in origin" This band is not punk, and that confuses me most. This is the sort of music punks set out to destroy. |
