They're in an amusement park waiting in line for the fortune teller to read their futures. But dude's like what the hell? We're in an amusement park, who cares about the future, there's all these amazing rides. So he takes the fortune teller on the rollercoaster, has this beautiful experience. The other people are so worried about the future that they don't realise they're wasting the present, missing out on all rides. Or maybe they're just too afraid to go on the rides, and the future is just an excuse for them to put off living. Totally friggin' metaphors, yo |

I think the song is written about your subconscious mind. So ur subconscious is always with u and always thinking but you dont realise.
Like when it sez:
