This is definetly my favorite song on the album. Shadows said that this is about making a mistake, and regretting it every day after that. I think it means that, and you need to take chances in life and not be afraid to get hurt. Because you're going to get hurt eventually, but you need to live your life, and seize the day, or you're going to regret it. I kind of feel like this song is also about losing the person you love, and you're afraid you're never going to get to tell them how you really feel, like "What if i never hold you, or kiss your lips again?" You don't want to lose them, but you're afraid you're going to. And you can't let them go.
This is an amazing song. One of A7X's best. |

What does this song mean to me?
Well, this song stopped me from committing suicide. This song is amazing. I mean, lighters up in the air amazing. I cried my eyes out like a freaking baby when I heard it, at the time I had been really depressed and it just reminded me of my cousin who died, and the troubles I was going through with my boyfriend and family, and everything. It is a REALLY touching song, Cold is a really touching band. All of the things they've been through and everything, and their music is a mirror of me. They preformed this song amazingly at the concert. It brought me to tears. Their music is so beautiful.

What does this song mean to me? This was the song that got me out of my depression. I was on medication and everything...but then I started getting better and all i listened to was this song. Then my cousin died and i think i really learned this songs meaning.

I this doesn't have anything to do with the words, but the little question above the box asks what the song MEANS to me. I was listening to this song when this girl I knew was in the hospital after trying to kill herself, and i was in the hospital waiting with the family. The song was playing over and over in my cd player, and i remember my best friend, Kris, was with me and she's a hippie so she's always so joyful, and she was just crying and crying. The girl was pernounced dead, and i dropped my cd player and it broke right when the part "no tomorrow" ended.

This song is so beautiful. This song was played at my cousin's funeral. I'm not the one that picked it out, but her sister did. "Exchange the sunshine for brown eyes, and dark skies, replace this dull life with you" she had brown eyes, and I know she would trade anything to look into those brown eyes again, and "Just wake me when it's over" when all the sorrow is over and we can go on living.
