Ok, this song is not better then the original. *Sighs* Ok, my opinion might be slightly biased, but i've personally never liked Dexter's voice that much, and while Davey's voice is effeminate, i still love it. Another rule i go by is that the cover is never as good as the original. EVER. This cover didn't suck too badly though, but not as rough, i guess, and the bass is not as prominent. Plus AFI has better backup singers *pokes tongue out at offspring fans* |

Classic line! I luv afi old and new 2, old coz a lot of it is funny shit, like rolling balls, i wanna get a mohawk, etc, but i like the new stuff coz its dark and depressing, which i like also. The song itself is pretty self explanatory in my opinion. |

Wow, this song really appeals to me, for i sometimes feel like if i felt something then this monotony i feel now, i would probably drop dead because the feeling is so rare. I also find neither life nor death appealing, but spend a lot of time contemplating both. It's amazing how Morrissey can really draw emotions out of you that you didn't even know you had. |

Lol, i agree with afi_dork, very ironic. And the video where he "kills" the band is "Silver and Cold". That video is one of the best, most creative video clips i've ever seen. Davey doesn't really kill the band so to speak, he just causes their death. If anyone wants to know the story i'm sure someone xplains it in the Silver and Cold thingie. Anyways, i really like this song, even though i'm not the biggest fan of their really early stuff. I especially love how Davey sings so quickly "First of all there is no "we",

I just heard this song, and i have to say that i love it. It's a side of AFI you don't see anymore, and its just fucking hilarious. Though, the meaning of the song is kinda obvious, i agree with DarkRedTears, that its just a part of Davey's humour expressed in a song. Davey has a great sense of humour, AFI rock, and this song owns. |

I don't quite know what this song means, but it always hits me hard when i hear it. I just get the feeling of hopelessness, life always getting you down and feeling lost all of the time. Just like all AFI songs, I don't think we can just give it one meaning, it means something different to everyone and i think thats great. And davey must seriously create lyrics with a thesaurus next to him, i didn't even know what discarnate and preternatural meant. |

This song is so funny...Jade rules (and he is so mine). Actually, come to think of it AFI rules in general. Its so weird, i've got it on my ipod with the rest of my depressing afi songs, so i hear something like this time imperfect or ...but home is nowhere then the chicken song comes on and i can't help laughing. |
