rap is by far the worst genre of music. atleast the kind that this song is, where all they sing about is girls and drugs and killing people and all that crap. where is the talent? anyone could write a song about stupid crap that nobody should have to listen to. rappers just have to talk fast and only sometimes write there own songs, they don't even have to play any instruments. last time i checked, talking isnt much of a skill...when people who like rap now look back on how much it sucked when they are older, they'll just laugh at there selves |

to aprilxo...people screaming is just a generalization of rock, an only really heavy metal bands do it, but saying that rap is just people talking really fast with the same beat throughout the whole song and barely any real instruments isnt a generalization of rap...and i hope your not stupid enough to not know what generalization means |

this is kind of old but to insignificant2all from the first page how can you say stairway to heaven is boring overdone rock? people who really have an apreciation for music and guitar would never say that. stairway to heaven is slow, at the beginning anyway, and especially compared to achilles last stand, but that doesnt make it bad. you cant really compare the two songs anyone as they are so different. i respect your opinion, but i dont think a real fan of zeppelin would say that about stairway to heaven. |

red hot chili peppers...what can you say about them? their songs probably have some of the best lyrics in them of all time. i think this song is about life, which is what everyone has been saying, and just random stuff that can happen, but who knows. RHCP are so deep and even though by the way is a good cd, i would have to say californication is better. i cant believe this song wasn't on the greatest hits cd! it is defenitly one of their greatest hits |
