I think there was an interview on vh1 or some other music website and Brandon said he was in an waiting room and all they had on the tv was an idiotic talk show and it was really irritating him. Anyway I think the song is just about how annoying all of the stupid shows that come on during the day are and the way that people can get caught up in nothing. "still and transfixed" |

This is my favourite song on this album to me this song is the way you feel after summer ends and we all have to get back to "normal" life, for me summer symbolizes freedom, anyone who has been to school knows that. During the summer people are also freer with their actions, maybe to falling in love. and when summer ends everyone feels some sadness, as when love ends. this is truely a lovely song! |
