i have a very wierd theory on this song, i'm probably the only one who can get this outta the song but here it goes. I feel irrational so confrontational To tell the truth again im getting away with murder It isn’t possible to never tell the truth But the reality is im getting away with murder -The thing here when she says no (always) I feel so many angry emotions running through me, and i feel I've gotten away with the murder of my own heart. I take my drink and I don’t even want to I think my thoughts when I don’t even need to I never look back cos I don’t even want to And I don’t need to because im getting away with murder - back to the same kinda stuff from verse 1, I sit there drinkin my drink watching people dance and stuff and i think my thoughts through to gain up enough self esteem to ask her and never look back at the past dances to realize she'll probably say no again. - the rest is the same lyrics over again so it means the same "Do as I say, Not As I do" |
