I don't think it's about being gay. I think the song is about his trying to find love, but he's looking for it in the wrong places and not making the first move, so he is ignored. But he keeps going on this way, even though he knows it won't be successful, and he wants so badly to be loved like everyone else, but he just doesn't know how to open up and not wait for love just to happen. |
