Like someone above said, even if you haven't been taken advantage of in one way or another, this song makes you feel like you have been. Every now and then a song comes along that makes me think about stuff I'd rather not think about. This song is one that makes me think the hardest. An acoustic version might be nice, but I think the harder version gives it, for lack of a better word, oompf. If a song ever "spoke" to me, this one is it. |

This doesn't seem to go along with what everyone else is saying. But for me, it's exactly what I'm feeling like.
Sounds like there's a long term relationship going on, and they're both trying to hold on to whatever it is they have. They want to be together, but there's so much going against them at that moment, it's overwhelming.
