I would just like to say that Ohio is for lovers... yea ohio ;) you know you do you kill me well. great line. i think thats dirrected towards someone who he loves but cannot have no one can make him feel that kind of pain but her. they do it best. "you like it to and i can tell" she enjoys torturing him with these games she plays and putting him through the emotional rollercoster. This song reminds me of a situation i was in. |

| Best Saves The Day song :) The song is about a guy and girl getting completely wasted and the guy finally tells the girl how he feels because he is to much of a coward to do it when he is sober, also knowing he woudlnt' have to take responsibility for his actions later on. This song has a special meaning to me. It was sent ot my by a "friend" He told me it explained how he felt and when I heard it to think of him... "To me you are the light from a light bulb that breaks sometimes and the tender warmth inside is released into my life and it smothers me in flames that lick and scorch my face. As the smoke reaches the sky, know I'll burn for you tonight." A couple weeks after this song was sent to me i went to a party with him. He acted like he was drunk although everyone knew he wasn't... we ended up making out. We both knew we liked eachother but there was an age difference complication... everything fell into place just the way it did in the song and then the next day he claimed to only have slight memories of what happened... and played the whole "drunk" card... even though we all knew he wasn't... coincidence? planned? or a little bit of both? | |

First of all I would like to start by saying that this is the best SoCo. song hands down. Andrew's voice is so beautiful and each time i listen to this song it brings me to tears. It reminds me of a relationship that i had with a friend/"more than friend." Loving someone and then losing them. "I know that you've been drinking and it doesn't get me anywhere." I cna't tell you how true that line rings. You love someone and can't live without them yet all you are left with are the bitter-sweet memories. "did you know i miss you? oh God, i miss you" ;) |
