It makes sense reading through the song... at the same time, something to the effect of a storyline works there too. I think this song can apply to anyone, in almost any situation. And because of that, there is no real way to define anything in it. However, everyone interprets it their own way, and because of it, it's one of those great things that won't be alienated because of changing times. It's cool like that. :) I mean, almost everyone has had a bad relationship, and this song is someone talking about it. What way you think he thinks the relationship was bad depends on how you relate to it. |

That's odd. Because the first line makes it seem more like he is hiding his other relationship from someone, like a girlfriend or something.
I was listening to this song today, and just realized the lyrics. Sorta struck me oddly, looking at other AAF songs. Dunno. I like it, though. |

I love the version of this song I have... it's acoustic, I'm just not sure if there's another version or not... either way, it's amazing. Perfectly describes just about any situation you could/have been in. |
